Analytics tab has some great features like segmentation, cohort, funnels, etc. It also provides automatic segments based on RFM. You can select and save those segments for targeting and analysis.
They offer flexibility in terms of commercial and accommodates request with respect to different pricing models.

If your query is long then it will take more time to show results. Also, there is a limited time period for events storing the past behaviour of the user.
Laggy frontend and takes a lot of time in running queries. Support takes lot of time to resolve issues and lot of back and forth happens. The analytics section is quite buggy and doesn't provide any insights.
Takes some time to load some deep analysis.
