We are able to work with them with very effective onshore : offshore ratio compared to some other service providers. The attitude is positive but you need to keep constant traction to get the delivery done. I will describe them as good doers but vision is required to be dictated by your organization.

The implementation was overall succesful. They are very knowledgeable about the solution they were implementing. However, communication and collaboration during the process were not optimal. The implementation team leaders seemed to be stretched too thin managing projects with several clients and were not available for critical meetings or collaboration. I also feel their approach to project management was very weak and lacked structure and leadership.

We managed to go-live right on the target date. What I see as need for improvement is in the segregation of duties during and post-implementation phase of the project.
