The biggest challenge is the complexity of implementation and costs. It's quite heavy and requires specialised developers or a lot of AI-supported coding with your in-house team, making it slower than the more plug-and-play platforms.
Charge rates for the product are negotiated on a per customer basis, not clearly set out up front, this leads to feelings of not receiving value for money, which damages the relationship wit the vendor.
