I am a busy Sysadmin. All I had to do was stand up a wordpress server and hand it off to the sales and marketing team. I was expecting to have to intervene, but they were able to set it up unassisted. I pop in monthly to make sure everything is being updated (it rarely is, but the sales guys don't really have security at the forefront of their minds) and everything is working as intended.
High quality, extensibility and possibilities of customization to match any business process

There were issues with billing the card set up with the account. I am still not 100% sure if it was the providers fault as I was not directly involved, but several times when I went to update the account said it was not paid, and when I went after the team they said there was an issue with the card.
Scaling is possible but challenging, with no out of the box solutions for this; while free and open source, some additional plugins can be costly; not all plugins are of equal quality as WooCommerce itself.
