Since being appointed a Customer Success Manager this year, our overall experience has significantly improved. Our CSM has been especially helpful with billing questions and helping us understand our contract. They've also helped us understand the details of our agreement, what's included, and what to expect at renewal time. Overall, the support feels responsive, transparent and easy to work with. From a platform perspective, BigCommerce has been a strong fit for our B2B use case. We integrate the platform directly into MYOB Acumatica (ERP), which allows us to synchronise customers, pricing, inventory, and orders between systems. This has significantly reduced manual handling and enabled our team to manage complex pricing and freight logic more efficiently.
