There are a million links and sublinks making everything a bit confusing to get to. That being said, it’s just a learning curve and once you are comfortable with it it’s fine, however the initial few months are a pain, and are especially tough when coming from much more streamlined platforms.

Everything is in here. It's a true one stop shop which is really nice.

Convenience, loads of options, reliability, great support, many customisation options and intuitive dashboard

Customization often requires heavy technical support, complex processes can feel cumbersome to configure and integrations sometimes out of the box depth.

The million pages you need to go through just to get to the things you wnat. There needs to be a more modern system, as of right now its running straight from the 2000s

Some outdated features, but I am sure it's going in good direction
