Conga is a B2B software solution provide whose contract lifecycle management (CLM); configure, price, and quote (CPQ); document generation; electronic signature; subscription management; and other associated solutions drive predictable revenue by aligning processes, teams, and technology under a unified data model throughout the revenue management lifecycle. Conga is the aggregate of two SaaS providers, Conga and Apttus. Conga was originally founded to prove what was possible in the space of digital documentation, while Apttus was an innovator in quote-to-cash (QTC) solutions. On May 7, 2020, the companies merged with the goal to provide a comprehensive solution offering to manage the revenue lifecycle. Today, Conga’s global operations span North America, Europe, and Asia.

Contract type and versatility:- Conga CLM offers a great tool to manage contracts by giving the feasibility to choose from different agreement types like NDA, MSA, etc. This allows you to add your own contract types as well that fit best with your business use cases. This also allows you to define your own custom layouts for these agreement types that help you display the fields that serve the best purpose for your organization. 2. Clause and Template Management:- Conga CLM helps template and contract managers to manage their templates and clauses to ensure risk mitigation, proper auditing and versioning. Conga CLM offers support for multiple language templates for different languages and locales, supporting global business needs. It offers a centralized clause library to store your clauses in a single, searchable repository. This ensures everyone uses the latest approved language and reduces any risk of outdated or non-compliant terms being used in contracts. 3. Smooth Integrations: Conga CLM offers seamless integration with Salesforce, Office365, Power BI, different eSignature solutions and other enterprise systems. APIs and connectors allow users to work with their preferred tools and keep contract data synchronized across platforms. This makes Conga CLM the best in the market. They have an amazing facility to integrate Salesforce with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. Along with the product, Conga Technical Support for this product is super amazing. They have an SLA for resolution with respect to the severity of the issue and they guide/assist with any query or concenrs.

1. Sometimes the implementation phase can be challenging when you are a partner involved, but it often becomes smoother over time. 2. Sometimes documentation is lacking in some areas, but it is good that Conga offers great support that compensates the occasional documentation gaps and proactively works with internal teams to bridge the gaps in the documentation itself.
Read Full ReviewConga CLM is very competitive and has a high userbase in the market. Sometimes, they take some more time to fix the issue. It could be due to high enhancement requests or a pre-decided product roadmap but that could be improved. They can fix some UI issues or make it better. Wizard design's UI can be improved.

Conga CLM offers great experience & features of Contract Lifecycle Management. It provides mutiple features like Document Output Format, Agreement Protection Rules, Agreement Rules, Wizards, and Doc Assembly rules. We can also utilize it to send for review and negotiation part. X-Author for Contracts provides a streamlined process and helps to create clauses and clause libraries. Further partnership is required in 2026 to ensure enhances the use of CLM/CPQ. Including integrations to improve efficiencies.
Conga team has been a great partner in 2025. A few examples: 1) Earlier in the year the development & deployment of EMEA's CPQ instance successfully met MVP mid-year for pilot of Conga Platform. 2) Support for MEB is very solid, exceptional service provided in Q3 2025 when a couple of days of billing were missed. Automated Status Updates Guide Users Across Each Contract Stage in CLM
Conga CLM is a valuable addition to our contract lifecycle operations. With CLM help, it has become easier to manage each stage of the contract. It provides two important fields, such as Status/Status Category. This field automatically updates its value as the contract proceeds. Additionally, it offers an action panel feature that includes the necessary action buttons, which change automatically based on the stage of agreement. Let's say if status = request, status category = request. The Generate, Import Offline Document button appears. Once we generate the document, the Status/Status category changes to 'In authoring/Author Contract', which makes the 'Send for review' button visible on the action panel. Once the user completes the review cycle, the Status/Status category changes to 'In Signature'/'Ready for Signature', and the Send for Signature button appears on the action panel. Once signing is completed, the Status moves to In Signature/Fully Signed, and the Activate button appears. This provides great flexibility to the end user and makes them understand what steps they need to follow at different stages of the contract.
