I love that it integrates with our recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Pnet to help streamline the process of applications from all these different systems, all applications come into one system which is Cornerstone and makes it easier, more efficient and more manageable to recruit.
Different functionalities within a platform
One shop stop - Contents, channels, Communities and reporting. It is all in one place.
I would have to say that we have the ability to customize a lot of things and build reports and get the system to do what we want and how we want it, however it is not that easy for everyone, meaning that not a normal person can just go in and start building specific customized reports they want, it may require that we reach out to cornerstone support to assist.
Use of how to use the product is not very clear, users could make errors, the product has a bit of a busy layout that is not a step by step approach and therefore easy to miss some steps especially for first time users
As an Admin, I find it easy however a brand new user will require a walk through as opposed to being intuitive. Hopefully Cornerstone learn will improve the experience.
