We decided to implement SABA talent management in line with matching individual goals of employees to company strategy. The reason behind selecting to work with SABA cloud in the long run just because they have the legacy and proven reputation that how this software can help users to set, align and fulfill goals that are accompanies with results and driving performance outcomes. Innovative features like coaching for growth is working as if filtering employees based on their skills and talents to that the cloud offering different sets of trainings based on their capabilities and company policies regarding those employees. With that being told, SABA classifies the headcount on-premises as to which of those should be directed to technical expertise way while the rest of them up to take leadership skills.

My overall experience is somewhere in the middle. The platform has a largo number of features for talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, etc. Its interface is not friendly, both for the administrator and for the users, it seems as if I were using in a 90s platform. Finally, the reports are very limited and do not allow for much customization.

In industry talent management without Saba cloud talent management suite is virtually impossible at least for organization of certain size. This Talent management tool provides best platform for learning and encourage your employees to do your daily management work and improve your daily schedule about work.

Managing bonus scheme and annual pay-rise practices not thoroughly covered in SABA cloud. Due to this fact we have to deploy another software separately on premises.

What I dislike most is the lack of customization options, especially when it comes to reports. The reporting functionality feels rigid and doesn't offer enough flexibility to tailor the data to our specific needs. Additionally, the platform is not very user friendly; navigating through the various features can be confusing and the interface feels outdated compared to other modern solutions. This makes it less intuitive and harder to adopt across the organization.

It is perfect for small learning based content but if we use large content files in it sometimes it takes time to load or stuck between. Sometimes how to start with this tools is more tricky so new clients get training before starting the product that how to use it.
