It is great how it integrates performance and learning together. I like the wide range of features for learning management including the training and courses.
I like that it is a complete platform where you can have all your HR processes. I also think the integration is relatively easy to do. And finally, if you don't have a platform, this is better than nothing.
The full cycle, from recruiting, to on-boarding, compliance learning, role based learning, LXP, Talent Marketplace. this is the best one-stop talent solution I have worked with.
Some courses may take some time to load or may be inaccessible.
What I dislike most is the lack of customization options, especially when it comes to reports. The reporting functionality feels rigid and doesn't offer enough flexibility to tailor the data to our specific needs. Additionally, the platform is not very user friendly; navigating through the various features can be confusing and the interface feels outdated compared to other modern solutions. This makes it less intuitive and harder to adopt across the organization.
The look and feel in the back end for admin, plus the reporting, this need a great upgrade
