The reporting functionality feels rigid and doesn't offer enough flexibility to tailor the data to our specific needs. Additionally, the platform is not very user friendly; navigating through the various features can be confusing and the interface feels outdated compared to other modern solutions. This makes it less intuitive and harder to adopt across the organization.
