I like how criteo's effective retargeting tailor ads based on individual used behaviour, which greatly improves personalization and conversion rates.
Communication on their end and the functionality of their platform. It is very easy to manage our paid search digital campaigns at retailers that use them for now.

Reporting isn't always real time, so there can be some delay in seeing the impact of changes made to campaigns.
They are significantly more expensive than any other platform that does the same (Criteo, WMC, etc.). They are also losing lots of their retailer partners but will not scale back their price.
I don't have much to add. However, I recommend as a Digital enthusiast that they enhance their AI more so that the budget allocation and publisher exclusion can be learnt from past learnings.
