As a trainer, one of my favorite feature is the training acknowledge record. It is generated automatically and trainer can check it quickly using automatic approval process.
Different functionalities within a platform
Cornerstone is used by many companies, is highly awarded, and is a great way to develop staff.
When we need to add new features or modify, it's challenging to customize based on our business requirement.
Use of how to use the product is not very clear, users could make errors, the product has a bit of a busy layout that is not a step by step approach and therefore easy to miss some steps especially for first time users
Cornerstone offers great services, but to incorporate some of the training we need, we have to adjust the application. We need to assume values on true values in the application.

Barebones talent management solution
Very barebones solution that doesn't do anything important. My company uses cornerstone to manage employee growth plans and annual reviews. Really it's just a few text boxes with a "submit" and "approve" button.
