The interface is intuitive and flexible, which helps both technical and non-technical users get value from it fairly quickly. It feels like a well-rounded product that does most things very well, although in some areas the pace of new features and overall value for money could be stronger.

Since most of our data stack is already in AWS, the integration felt seamless and easy to get started with. That said, as we moved into more advanced use cases, we did run into some UI inconsistencies and limitations with more complex modelling which can slow things down at times.

My experience with Zoho analytics has been largely satisfying the platform is designed in a way that it feels Intuitive making it accessible even for the users who don't even have a strong technical background creating such reports and dashboards is just like straightforward which helps speed up a day to their work. A feature that I particularly like is the dragon drop one for the report buildup as it makes virtualization very quick and efficient without any kind of complex setup the variety of data connectors is very helpful and supportive with the integration of multiple resources although there is still some scope which can make it more simpler
