One of the main reasons that Dayforce works so superbly for me is that it is an all in one system and it makes work easy because it combines many things in one place including HR, attendance, payroll and benefits. Dayforce is also very useful for me as it accurately calculates tax and salary.

The Dayforce feature that I like the most is the real time updates, I can do many things without waiting including leave balance, pay and see my schedule. The mobile app of Dayforce is very good and easy to use without any complicated interface.

Can route to multi recipents, Modifiable, can tailor to specific needs & allows for secure approvals

I like that they have a 3 step multi factor authentication system. I like how you can input schedules to track employee time and attendance. Access to early on demand pay for employees, which in this economy can help so much.

Dayforce system updates too many times and many times after the updates the layout completely changes and creates confusion for the users.

haven't had many issues. Does not always import between different platforms smoothly & regenerating the push is a bit difficult

Issues with automatically calculating an employees PTO, SICK PAY, or Bereavement leave. A lot of things have to be manually calculated however can the information can be found in a report ran which helps productivity.
