What I like the most about using Deel EOR is that it gives the hiring team peace of mind when it comes to dealing with compliance. They've provided detailed labor laws specific to countries our new hires are from, which helps to accurately generate the new hire contract which saves us a lot of time. We can also acquire the country-specific benefits that new hires are entitled to which is a great help to ensure we give them the best offer in joining the company.
The ability to hire talent pretty much anywhere in the world is a compelling capability.
The service and the portal is easy to use, the customer service is great at answering any questions, and the price was able to be competitive and flexible for our small non-for-profit
Although my overall experience with Deel EOR has been great so far, there are some areas that need to be improved. There are times when studying country-specific compliance details and labor laws can be difficult to understand and may require additional information which sometimes leads to longer waiting times. As for the platform, it may sometimes be difficult to navigate, especially for new users trying out advanced features. Reaching out to customer support in times of need for clarification, especially on labor laws, has been very helpful to us, although we have encountered slow response times at times.
While the interface is modern, it does take some learning to figure out where things are. I find myself scratching my head trying to remember the sequence of clicks to navigate to a particular area, almost every time I use the platform.
I dont have dislikes. I do still wish the service was a little bit less pricey, but Deel was very fair with the price point and flexible with us, and I understand that this is the market value of this type of service.

Customer support is slow, with an average response time of over 24 hours. They do have a chat interface helpdesk, but even after connecting with a real human, invariably that person cannot answer my specific questions and I end up getting referred to a "specialist" who takes days to respond. It was a frustrating experience during onboarding and the first 6-9 months of using the platform. EOR Management Simplified on Deel Despite Some Reporting and Response Challenges
We've been using Deel for our EORs for a few years now. Their website/portal is easy to use from an administrator as well as an employee perspective. It's easy to onboard new EORs, and they find using Deel a great experience. The reports and automated functionalities help me to reduce the time spent looking for information. There are also several AI features that are very helpful, especially when you need to find compliance information across different countries. I use the AI search feature quite a bit. Our employees are happy with the benefits that Deel has available and they are easy to use. We had a difficult time with customer service last year. We had several customer success folks that shuffled through and just weren't getting the right support. When we said something, Deel leadership stepped in and made it right. Our service has been great every since.
