They are continually helping us move forward by ensuring that we are fully informed on any potential enhancements to our portfolio that will benefit us. In terms of things that havent went well, I would highlight OBIEE enhancements and developments. I have found it very difficult getting the needed resource in this area on a number of occasions.

Wipro is an excellent supplier of IT Services. They have top rate people and leadership who are focused on their customers. Overall excellent.

Learning from Deloitte in this domain is what I like best. They are very creative and have many ideas. A better open-source automation solution may have helped cut costs. Automation tests and metrics are tested when a project is Agile but not Waterfall. These issues require improvement. For good reasons, Deloitte has weathered budget cutbacks' many ups and downs. The hired staff has been incredibly adaptable, diligent, and communicative. My team uses a lot of procedures and artifacts that Deloitte contractors produce daily. The company's ability to effectively create, test, and distribute high-visibility online apps was made possible in large part by Deloitte's application testing services.

My employer has used TCS to develop and support our Oracle platform for 8 years. There were challenges in the first few years but the vendor is now excellent and is providing a fantastic service.

Infosys wants to be a top tier supplier like TCS but haven't reached that pinnacle yet. They have decent computer engineers however their account leadership is somewhat lacking.
