After 12 months we reorganized the area/structure, redefined roles and priorities, processes, and changed the people. We developed new channels and new suppliers. We developed models and started using them in the strategy. It was a large project with a large team divided into several fronts, which made it possible to deliver on so many fronts in a relatively short space of time.
