The ability to orchestrate account-based campaigns by integrating multiple systems is what we value most. Demandbase allows us to align marketing efforts across platforms and tailor messaging at the account level, which is critical for ABX success.
Being able to push campaigns to specific individuals within organizations and measure their engagement has been strong.
The ability to see keyword intent that we wouldn't be able to see otherwise. The AI summaries on each Account profile page capture a great snapshot of most of the engagement within the Account.
Limited dashboard customization, only 2 years of data visibility for the engagement, and non-customizable L2A matching can affect reporting accuracy.
Technical integrations with our CRM systems have been a challenge, as well as getting to the known customer level of ABM. It also takes a great deal of effort from Sales and Marketing to unite and get full use from the tool.
The keyword intent is only updated weekly instead of nightly. There are 2 databases that are not joined yet, one for the Sales product and one for the marketing product. Certain reports that are emailed are not accurate in terms of matching to the correct Accounts. We struggle to find a report that can show a true connection that having
