Good customer service and information on engagement. Technical integrations have been a challenge. CRMs and data need to be pretty clean to do out-of-the box integrations, and getting sales and marketing aligned and using the tool hasn't been an easy task.

Smart Prioritization by intent score - Being able to rank and prioritize accounts based on their intent signals has transformed how we approach outreach, ensuring our team focuses energy on the highest value opportunities first Flexible filtering - The ability to filter accounts by team size and segment means we can quickly zero in on our ICP saving us time.

Being able to push campaigns to specific individuals within organizations and measure their engagement has been strong.

Like

The ability to orchestrate account-based campaigns by integrating multiple systems is what we value most. Demandbase allows us to align marketing efforts across platforms and tailor messaging at the account level, which is critical for ABX success.

Dislike

Occasional data inaccuracies, Cluttered UI, bit of a learning curve

Dislike

Technical integrations with our CRM systems have been a challenge, as well as getting to the known customer level of ABM. It also takes a great deal of effort from Sales and Marketing to unite and get full use from the tool.

Limited dashboard customization, only 2 years of data visibility for the engagement, and non-customizable L2A matching can affect reporting accuracy.
