What I like most about the Eightfold platform is its ability to surface high quality candidates through AI driven matching, reduce bias in the hiring process by allowing us to anonymize profiles, and provide predictive analytics to help in forecasting future needs.

The AI driven candidate matching is the feature I appreciate the most. It quickly highlights the best fit profiles & reduces a lot of manual screening time. I also like how intuitive the serach filters are & how the platform continously improves recommendations as we use it.
My biggest complaint about the product was that during implementation we needed the support of a 3rd party technical support team in order to fulfill the integration requirements between Eightfold and our ATS. There was a delay in identifying and onboarding a 3rd party and as a result had to pay a late fee when we did not hit the original go live date. Other weaknesses include recruiters having to navigate in both the Eightfold platform and our ATS in order to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and the user interface can feel overwhelming with the depth of features and data.
The loading time is too slow
Sometimes AI pulls in profiles that aren't fully aligned with the role, so the matches can feel slightly inconsistent. Some of the dashboards could also be more customizable.
