Tool is really customizable and they are tightly listening for improvements coming from clients The limited direct contact with the company during integration of the solution can be a struggle sometimes as questions/request has to be raised with the 3rd party integrator

My organization uses NetDimensions Talent Suite for its My Learning platform to be provided to all employees. The fact that the user interface is friendly makes using the platform an enhancing experience. However, it would have been better had the users got an opportunity to contact (in case of queries) not just through e-mail.

Oracle Talent Management Cloud is complete suite which provides goal management, performance management, Career Planning and Succession plan management modules. Goals are pretty easy to add in the system. performance forms are easy to configure and maintain. Appreciate the anytime feedback feature.
