Our experience with Temenos has been highly positive. We chose Finacle as a strategic partner delivering the solution (Finacle) and participating in the implementation in our organization. Through their willingness to find solutions and find common ground and understanding to the benefit of both parties, Finacle has proven we chose the right partner and solution.

Decent core banking system (not so "modern" though). We migrated to Flexcube in 2015. It was the right decision. The design at that time was good enough. Believed FCUBS 2015 version is different from 2020+ version.

There is allways i way how to solve an issue. Sometimes i would expect more product features and not just solve the issues how the customer want it. This will lead in less issues at the end

Support staff are a pleasure to work with, with excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Account Manager is knowledgeable and proactive in assisting us with any queries we may have.

DNA can be a little bit of a challenge to get to know where all the buttons are and everything like Wizards and creating a new person account so it takes some getting use to but after you learn where everything is DNA works really quick and honestly I like it.

FIS is one of the decent retail core banking digital solution which was implemented 6 months back in my department to digitize daily transactions with efficient RDBMS to capture data at the backend.
