OnPage has been fantastic. We needed a paging system for our research study for shared on-call shifts. The paging system has been very reliable for the several years we have been using their system. As a technical administrator and servicer of the product, the product and service are simple to use. However, our clinical staff across all of our organization seem to disagree. Our Vocera communication platform has been wrought with issues since deployment. It has become a point of contention between clinical staff, the unions, and the administration.

The vendor was able to work with our organization to implement this solution within the specified time frame and is currently engaged in providing end-user support in partnership with our internal IT Help Desk.
