- tool is very flexible, it can be as strict and as fluid as you need. - the implementation team we got was extremely knowledgeable and made the process very easy. - easy to train users on and scale adoption.

How easy and user friendly the UI is and how the team is willing to listen to challenges, work through things with the customer and keep improvements and suggestions in mind for future roll-outs.

Very flexible and always willing to take feedback and make improvements based on that feedback.

- would like to see more support around cleaning up and modelling existing plans. - API integrations can be easier and more open. - Mobile app can use richer feature gamut.

The technology used to be pretty click heavy, now it seems like the updates have solved for that.

I have no issues with the product
