How easy and user friendly the UI is and how the team is willing to listen to challenges, work through things with the customer and keep improvements and suggestions in mind for future roll-outs.

- would like to see more support around cleaning up and modelling existing plans. - API integrations can be easier and more open. - Mobile app can use richer feature gamut.
The technology used to be pretty click heavy, now it seems like the updates have solved for that.
