Overall Adobe Acrobat has been helpful in my job. Sometimes the software is not user friendly. Mostly when I'm trying to edit a pdf. It will stop letting me edit it in the middle of working on it, then I have to click off of edit onto another part of the menu, then click back on edit to continue.

Google Workspace is a cloud based software which means I can access it from anywhere using any device, laptop or phone and the security is very high which makes me safe also the integration smooth and easy.

It's pretty fast and lightweight. On the general hardware set up (laptop), Microsoft Word and Excel open instantly. No subscription fees.

Atlassian Confluence is a great tool to share internal guides for various processes. It is very easy to modify documents and is very customizable.
