Our organization's experience with CATO Networks has been very positive. Their SD-WAN product is a breath of fresh air from our old-school networking design. One of the biggest benefits has been improved uptime across our sites due to the solution's active circuit monitoring for automatic failover if the primary ISP becomes unavailable. This has helped minimize disruptions and maintain connectivity for our users.

Support has been awesome to work with, although there is still some room for improvement in streamlining the support process. We are also able to go into depth on application policy, which is a huge improvement for our security posture, especially as we move into the world of AI. Theres a lot included with the service which really covers a wide set of security use cases we look to cover at my organization

Keeping backup strategies working was so difficult that we never had time to get around to making refinements like QoS. SD-WAN has allowed us to very easily replace a mix of legacy firewalls and routers with a comprehensive system that addresses the most important networking principals: Performance, Reliability, Security, and Cost. We are thrilled with the visibility and control we now have over our WAN. We also underestimated the high value of the system's ability to control and manage Internet access. This feature has become a necessity.
