    Quality Questions Loom as Freshworks Support Falters

    I am deeply disappointed with Freshworks support for their marketing campaigns and marketing contact features. There are some tickets that have been open for more than 6 months, another ongoing ticket which is just shuttling back and forth between support and engineering teams. Bottom line: As a customer I am not able to use the features that I have paid for. We have been using Fresales Suite product for the past 3 years, but I feel it's time to move on, as the support quality is dropping.
