1. Easy to use, the UI is pretty good. 2. The automation workflows are very useful and this increases efficiency.

When I want to change the email font it usually defaults so I have to edit the font with every email.

Their Customer Support is not good at all.

1. It does not have all the features. 2. It cannot send more than 1000 marketing emails. This can be a limitation for our clients.
