The product have several excellent features, especially planning routes, showing them on the map, and online status of each work. The service was always available, on site or remotely, hands on people and customer driven with no doubt.

Support was responsive but we often had to escalate issues to have them resolved. The support infrastructure felt less robust compared to other vendors.

    Geocall as the basis for extensive process automation

    Geocall is a powerful tool for assigning workorders under consideration of several assignment rules (such as areas, skills, teams, costs, routes, material, ...). Because of that it's not easy to configure. So you have to go on step by step. The mobile solution is very helpful and supports our processes.
