The product have several excellent features, especially planning routes, showing them on the map, and online status of each work. The service was always available, on site or remotely, hands on people and customer driven with no doubt.
Multiple skill sets, geographically distributed teams.
Support was responsive but we often had to escalate issues to have them resolved. The support infrastructure felt less robust compared to other vendors.
Service quality assurance. Some features were affected when new versions were released.
The UI feels clunky and old-school. the mobile experience, while functional, can be cumbersome,
