Jagger is a great tool for Procure pay. I use Jagger every day to create PO;s and Receipts. In our company, JAGGER acts as interface between SAP & ORACLE ERP's .

We used the e-auction functionality on many occasions, it was not always reliable and had some connectivity issues.
