The social intranet itself is also very user-friendly, with a modern and intuitive interface that makes internal communication sharing much easier and more efficient. Overall, a great solution backed by an excellent support team.
Design and ease of creating new users using Microsoft Graph. Mobile App works well too.
The frequency of developments and the speed at which any faults or issues identified are subsequently addressed. It's always so speedy.
The App could be a bite more intuitive and user-friendly.
Entering content is very time consuming, and the text editor looks and works like something you'd know from forums in the 2000s. The worst part is, each picture you want to add from something like a manual, needs to be uploaded, named, selected and then pasted into to the text your are writing. There is no option to just copy and paste from existing manuals and retain the pictures.
Dislike may be a bit harsh, but some of the social elements (chat, for instance) are not relevant to us, but this is mainly due to the strategy we have around employee engagement and the platforms we use.

Good design but poor options to enter content
Good design, the most important functions exist. However, I have noticed that several apps stopped working. Checking the Haiilo Intranet I noticed that they decided to leave these broken apps in the product. A great product with only marginal drawbacks, but at a steep price
During the implementation phase, all our concerns were always addressed promptly and with regard to quick, sustainable solutions. Now that we're in regular operations, support continues to be quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is that the product is not as customisable as we'd hoped for some areas.
