“Prestige and Usability Noted, But Integration With HRIS Proved Challenging”

A powerful aspect of this system was the prestige of the name. The system was easy to integrate and user interface was rather friendly. We had strong initial interest in the program, there was a desire for more training especially more specific training but offerings were a bit more limited than desired but our workers have a wide range of expertise and interests.

UI Ux is so well developed that it easy to adapt to and the modules are bang on.

I disliked the inability to dialogue meaningfully with other learners. I disliked the inability to use it easily on mobile devices. I disliked that I was not able to set individualized learning goals.

There was some struggles getting the system to integrate seamlessly with our main HRIS. Ultimately it had to be done manually so there's more involved work required here.
