On the manufacturing side, engineers leaned on courses around Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 and statistical process control. From and admin standpoint, I managed license allocation, user provisioning through SSO (SAML with Active Directory) and reporting for leadership. I especially valued the usage analytics, since I could see trends like how many engineers completed SAP PP/MM training or how many IT staff were working through cybersecurity modules.
