its content for the high level of ethical frameworks, practical insights and real business cases directly from the Harvard Trusted experts.
The course is costly to afford on an individual user account and hence affordability is a major concern for small to medium companies. Similarly, individuals will find it too expensive to afford out of pocket. Another area is the lack of customisation and personalisation available as the training is more of an academic format and lacks engaging the audience as they miss out on relatability of the material.
There was some struggles getting the system to integrate seamlessly with our main HRIS. Ultimately it had to be done manually so there's more involved work required here.
I think most use case scenarios and examples are Western centric, it would be great to add region specific motives for example Mauritian, African or Asian context would enhance relatability.
