I appreciated how we could input our own home grown training and info dumps for employees to review. Support was decently responsive so it felt like we had the experts on our back as we got familiar with the system. Employees seem to generally appreciate and like the UI of the system so as the primary users of the system, that is something we really appreciate!

It has a broad range of content, an intuitive interface and good scheduling capabilities

Skillsoft by far has some of the best quality training available. It is easy to use, both from an admin and employee perspective. Skillsoft is highly regarded, and for a reason. The AI features are growing, and that was one of the biggest selling points for our organization when comparing TD resources. You can't go wrong with this platform.

Not entirely sure if this is user error, but I don't think we have enough visibility into soft skills and a full understanding of where our population's skills are currently at and how training really improved those soft skills. I would love to see far more detailed analytics and trend data to see the changes over time as employees skill up.

Skillsoft certifications are sometimes not considered industry standards, another thing is mobile functionality is sometimes more challenging than using my PC

Skillsoft definitely isn't the cheapest platform out there, however it does have some of the top quality resources. The price took some convincing from our leadership team when we were proposing the platform, but the ROI has been well worth the investment.

I was introduced to Skillsoft through ATD, and was so impressed by the demo and features that encouraged my organization to purchase for our company. It has been such a great feature to deploy to employees and we have received outstanding feedback from our employees. The ease of use, quality content, and ability to scale out to our organization so easily has been a highlight of 2025. I would highly recommend to any company with the budget, looking to make an impact to the employee experience and leverage talent development across the org.

Using Skillsoft has been a pretty solid experience for me. I liked how the platform offered a wide range of topics, especially those aligned with professional development and compliance, which are relevant to my role. The short, bite-sized modules made it easier to absorb information without feeling overwhelmed. and I also appreciated the interactive elements like quiz and scenario based learning, they helped reinforce the concepts better than just reading or watching videos. There were times when the interface felt a bit clunky, and some courses were a bit too generic, but overall, it's been a helpful tool for continuous learning and staying updated in my field.

Implementing the Skillsoft content within our LMS ecosystem was a great experience. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and all issues resolved quickly. Setting up the Integration was a great experience and managing the content from the Administrator Team was seamless.
