Microlearning Format, focused modules are great for busy schedules. Integration with Corporate Learning Systems. meaning it often integrates well with internal LMS platforms, making it easy to track progress, complete mandatory training, and align learning with company goals.
It has a broad range of content, an intuitive interface and good scheduling capabilities
I appreciated how we could input our own home grown training and info dumps for employees to review. Support was decently responsive so it felt like we had the experts on our back as we got familiar with the system. Employees seem to generally appreciate and like the UI of the system so as the primary users of the system, that is something we really appreciate!
Limited interactivity in some modules. But overall experienced are great no comment about. I love the platform much.
Skillsoft certifications are sometimes not considered industry standards, another thing is mobile functionality is sometimes more challenging than using my PC
Not entirely sure if this is user error, but I don't think we have enough visibility into soft skills and a full understanding of where our population's skills are currently at and how training really improved those soft skills. I would love to see far more detailed analytics and trend data to see the changes over time as employees skill up.
