The platform itself is easy to use and intuitive for our sellers. The Digital Rooms feature stands out in particular, as it enables our teams to quickly create external rooms for prospects, customers, and partners while providing granular engagement analytics that help them tailor follow-up messaging based on how content is consumed. They love it!
The sales team and account management team use it as the source of truth of materials and sales plays. We have the ability to create consistent, branded messaging that's easy for our teams to share and customize. Highspot has allowed us to transform processes that had alot of manual work, including printed paper, to fully digital.
They way they keep advancing and improving the product every quarter.
It's not always clear how to find the right filters for reports. In the feature preview area, sometimes I can't tell if the new feature applies to my license, however they are receptive to enhancement requests and are looking to add this information to the new feature area. When removing a user from the platform, I need to separately unenroll the user from a course where they're in-progress.
Service; Revolving door with account management. Reporting customizations could be a little easier. We had to request certain reports to be created from Highspot support.
It can be frustrating when new features are locked behind a paywall (an increase in license tier/price).
