Highspot's Digital Room feature has been of valuable help in a couple of areas. One, as part of the Sales process where Reps have built cutomized DRs for prospects Two, in specific cases, we have used DRs to create Client-specific portals as repository of support materials, post-sale (FAQs, SOPs, etc.)

The flexibility on how the feature can be used for pre and post sales

I love the customization ability of highspot. It doesn't matter if you are a pro or a beginner, you can get the hang of highspot very quickly.

The digital rooms are the most important aspect for our implementation. I appreciate the templates that make it easy to customize different rooms for different purposes. I am equally impressed with the roadmap and the enablement the company provides around communicating new product/feature releases.

Dislike

There are a couple of small items which are accounted for in the Highspot roadmap. One that comes to mind is how adding multiple points of contact to a Digital Room is not an intuitive process.

We have struggled with the Salesforce integration but are finally getting close to having that resolved. We also use Consensus and that integration has gone well.

    The team is great and super responsive. The product team has been quick to improve its capabilities as market needs have shifted. Digital Rooms is a great example of this. We see it as a way to put the right sales content and GTM messaging in front of the right audience who are less likely to attend a meeting or click on a stale e-book.
