The flexibility on how the feature can be used for pre and post sales
I love the customization ability of highspot. It doesn't matter if you are a pro or a beginner, you can get the hang of highspot very quickly.
The digital rooms are the most important aspect for our implementation. I appreciate the templates that make it easy to customize different rooms for different purposes. I am equally impressed with the roadmap and the enablement the company provides around communicating new product/feature releases.
There are a couple of small items which are accounted for in the Highspot roadmap. One that comes to mind is how adding multiple points of contact to a Digital Room is not an intuitive process.
Nothing so far.
We have struggled with the Salesforce integration but are finally getting close to having that resolved. We also use Consensus and that integration has gone well.
