I want to say everything, but overall the fact that planning is now so much easier than before!
The platform was easy to use and made training other members simple and fast.
It is great for beginners to more frequent social media account managers! The social media analytics and social listening capabilities help you to become a more experienced social media specialist and make better decision makers. The new AI content creation feature is very helpful and makes muy life easier so I can make quick decisions and push the posts out faster for our brand to be more interactive.
The pricing remains much higher compared to other planners
Lack of support and simple reporting.
The costing is a bit higher now but still doable within our budget.
