There's no way to integrate A/B testing into Hotjar. This would be a huge help in optimizing the website based on the data. Furthermore, there are significant limitations in automating reports, and the data is usually output without any summary in a report.
Having access to features removed with updates to the tiered pricing, and having all the inaccessible features highly visible, makes for a cluttered interface and added frustration. It is becoming almost unusable on the lower tiered plans.
