I like the recordings and ability to look back on site behaviors
Basic analytics summary of survey results is really tidy and gives a great overview, custom delay for survey popup is a great feature, having recordings of the sessions associated with surveys is fantastic
Being able to take a look at the recordings, creating specific segments to guide our recommendations. Using heatmaps to take quick design decisions.
I need to look into it more but giving audience ability to provide feedback easily would be great!
Having access to features removed with updates to the tiered pricing, and having all the inaccessible features highly visible, makes for a cluttered interface and added frustration. It is becoming almost unusable on the lower tiered plans.
The first approach with the tool was a bit complicated as we discovered so many new ways of analyzing user data. It was a bit overwhelming but to be honest it was just a matter of few days before getting comfortable and using the tool to its full potential.

The recordings are excellent, but heatmaps can be quite hit and miss. It has the capability to give good information. The longer we've been on this platform, the more tools and settings that are becoming paywalled for higher tiered plans.
