I like that it keeps all HR date in one place and attendance and leave management are easy to use, it helps reduce time and work quickly payroll processing is too fast it saves time in my daily HR tasks.
It's a platform where HR can manage everything like attendance, payroll, leave management, and performance in a single dashboard. Another best thing about this is that it is very easy to use for everyone whether it is for employees, management or HR.
I can handle almost any work related to HR which is really helpful for me. Also, the interface is easy to use and the navigation is pretty smooth. Also, the mobile attendance syncs in real time.
The system feels slow sometimes, the interface looks a bit outdated, new users need time to understand the system, too many steps are needed for small changes, reports are not too easy and not flexible, customer support response is slow.
Everything is good about this but yes there is an issue with slow loading, it takes time to load the reports. The other one is the reports customization or personal use reports need to be maintained by excel or other softwares. Mobile app also work slowly and also takes more them usual time to extract reports while mobile app.
Some of the reports are not so flexible to customize and it needs internet to work and offers limited options when I am offline.
