It's got a nice UI. Some of the structural things are not as intuitive to me, coming from a different application background, but the overall concept is good if you keep in mind that Hubspot is about marketing first. The Hubspot features all seem quite robust, but it would be better if there was a set of default profiles that get assigned to users or an actual hard limit assigned to system admins/super admins.

It just worked. Workflows were easy to set up and had just enough customisation that they were useful but not so much that they were unwieldy and hard to maintain. There is also a large community of support and shared templates to help get you going.

Ease of use, by far!

Dislike

We are currently running over our contacts limit, which is an operational issue, not a system one, but Hubspot won't tell you you're at a limit until it's renewal time. Setting up user security model isn't the most intuitive, especially if you come from a very granular model, it can feel limiting.

There are some hard limitations with api limits that cannot be overcome. There are workarounds so it's not a deal-breaker, but it's disappointing none the less.

The management of marketing contacts can be somewhat complex. Without html knowledge, building emails can be limited Some basic option (formating data - ie phone number) requires extra subcription

We are considering a move from Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation to Hubspot. We would not move our CRM functions, just marketing automation. If you have made this move, could you share your thoughts, and the benefits/impact it has made on your org? Or should we stick with the Salesforce suite?

En mi experiencia lo que hace buena una u otra opción tiene que ver con: Estructura de datos requeridas, gobernanza tanto para consumo, como para suministro de datos. La alimentación o suministro de datos es fundamental, la vieja regla BEBS, sigue siendo el básico permanente, por lo tanto la metodología DAMA es una buena práctica, o cualquier otra que evite que los datos sean vulnerables o corrompidos, su un CRM sirve para tomar decisiones, por qué abría campos vacíos, por qué no invertir tiempo en entrenar a los equipos para que llenen los datos de acuerdo a una política robusta. Cuando escucho que lo importante es vender, y qué por eso no registraron datos, pienso ¿Qué mayor prisa que la de tener datos confiables?

    We have had a good experience with hubspot and there really isn't another software out there that has this level of functionality and power behind it. I have worked with other systems before and none have been as user friendly as Hubspot. It is costly though and that is a big hinderance of us unlocking more features and diving deeper into the system.
