Mainly work for real estate finance team, it will be much helpful for lease accounting, lease finance team for use this product. It's easy to use once you have to familiar with this manual first.

The current product version is in development phase. This week we are implementing 10.5.2 for the changes related to IFRS 16 from FASB. Till now the industry is not happy with the tool, but IBM is sure that by this version the promised features will be delivered for calculation of amortization schedules and journal entries.

The base of this tool, i mean to say the database is tried and tested also reliable with a brand name IBM.

Overall, IBM is an exceptional vendor and partner in our support of IBM Tririga. They respond quickly to issues and take the extra steps to find solutions that may be out of the main stream of requests, like providing a BIRT support expert and responding to tight deadlines for auditing requests to meet SOX compliance. IBM TRIRIGA is an exceptional product that provides a range of capabilities allowing companies to pick and choose how to best use its features and functionality, as well as add on as a company expands their needs and improve operational efficiencies. IBM is continually polling their customers for feedback and specific functions that will improve their product and are on top of changes in the industry, as well as regulations and compliance from FASB and SOX to ensure IBM TRIRIGA continues to meet or exceed compliance. Since the product is highly customizable, it allows for a more positive workplace experience without a lot of extra training regardless of the module: Space Planning, Capital Planning, Facilities Management, Lease Accounting, Portfolio Management and/or Real Estate Management.

The Deployment of TRIRIGIA has allowed us to replace a number of outdated systems, streamlining our services into more efficient, integrated, and responsive processes. Our Maintenance activities are now far more closely aligned with our wider portfolio management activities, allowing us to better assess our performance and identify opportunities for meaningful, targeted improvements. The operational data generated by the TRIRIGA Building Fabric Helpdesk gives us detailed insights into portfolio maintenance performance, job completion times, and cost comparisons. A thorough understanding of your own data and how it might fit the TRIRIGA data model is crucial for a successful TRIRIGA deployment. Any data gaps or deficiencies should be identified and addressed in advance of implementation. Similarly, existing business processes and practices should be measured against TRIRIGA's out of the box functionality to ensure alignment and identify where process change will be required. TRIRIGA'S standards-based ability to integrate with other systems is solid and we have not faced any issues building an interface with our financial system
