I think most of what is disliked is how it is configured. The consultant we partnered with did not provide us with enough thought leadership, so we did not make the best decisions in terms of how the system is configured. Most of the issues we experience have stemmed from that. Additionally, I wish we had a much better support package as we are on the lower tier, but that is not the supplier's fault.
