The optimisation of PSO is great. This is the strength in their Field Service Management product. This would be the highlight of working with IFS

the schedule platform overall is one of the best ive seen in the market

Dislike

Release Management - Something that has improved, but upgrading is a significant undertaking. Support - Whilst IFS provides knowledgeable and effective support, there have been times where the response and resolution has dropped below what is expected.

When we have to deal with any sales side of IFS or any contract renegotiations. You are not clear with what response you will receive or potentially another fee that you will be charged for something.

the system can only do what you put into it, so we don't have anything we dislike around the platform the hardest part is understanding how to make it work for your business but once you identify this the support is really positive - my only small dislike would be having to raise a ticket for support sometimes these cant be the easiest to do - depending on priority for the business otherwise the service we receive is amazing

    Overall the integration into our landscape was difficult, since we could nit find the correct knowledge of the Service Management suite inside the IFS product portfolio. In addition the product lacked capabiliteis compared to the old ASTEA version. Now the capability is there and IFS tam within Germany focused an supported the implementation on the right level
