In addition the product lacked capabiliteis compared to the old ASTEA version. Now the capability is there and IFS tam within Germany focused an supported the implementation on the right level

IFS took a long time form the the purchase of ASTEA to have a cleare and guide roadmap into the new IFS environemt within IFS- at the end it is a complete new set-up of all business processes. Ony data migration might be to a certain degree possible

When we have to deal with any sales side of IFS or any contract renegotiations. You are not clear with what response you will receive or potentially another fee that you will be charged for something.

Loss of RMB shortcuts in Cloud version vs prior Apps version. AR offerings are lacking at this time. Would like expanded capabilities in MWO app that do not currently exist, but there are work arounds. It would be nice to minimize the need to bounce between web browser and mobile app.
