OnPage has been fantastic. We needed a paging system for our research study for shared on-call shifts. The paging system has been very reliable for the several years we have been using their system. OnPage staff are really responsive when we have reached out with questions or when we needed assistance.

My overall experience with EPIC's data and analytics has been positive, but with some important caveats. On the strenghts side, Epic offers a very robust ecosystem. Tools like Clarity and Caboodle give access to large volumes of structured data, and Reporting Workbench makes it possible for end user to run operational reports directly within the EMR. The integration across clinical, financial and operational domains is a real advantage, since it allows for a more comprehensive view of patient care and organizational performance.

Great and Productive application. I really like the messaging features and call scheduling features that you can able to schedule when you have time. We will get the notification as well that at that time your call is schedule.So it helps in time management as well.

Our company needed a product that helped with our communication across our organization and that is what this product did for us. It also enhanced our company by utilizing mobile services which has helped our staff tremendously when on the go or meeting with clients.

As a technical administrator and servicer of the product, the product and service are simple to use. However, our clinical staff across all of our organization seem to disagree. Our Vocera communication platform has been wrought with issues since deployment. It has become a point of contention between clinical staff, the unions, and the administration.

The vendor was able to work with our organization to implement this solution within the specified time frame and is currently engaged in providing end-user support in partnership with our internal IT Help Desk.

Excellent product with a leadership team that gets things done for your organization. This organization has truly become a partner, not just a vendor. This is also great technology with an easy UI and dependable infrastructure.
