The best thing for me is the support team has always been quick to respond and always provides follow up through resolution and also simple to integrate our autoresponder.

I like the possibility of handling it without reading the construction guidelines where you will never find what you are looking for. In the community, you will receive helpful help and guidance for almost every challenge. I loved the Jump Start program, which allowed me to enter live with the intranet in a very short time. In the Interact team there is always someone willing to help you.

Easy to use, both as a straightforward page editor and for controlling the flow of content in larger organizations. The support team has always been quick to respond and always provides follow up through resolution.

Dislike

Nothing as such till time. But yes getting the load time sometimes, but it is acceptable.

As an experienced programmer, I found the forms module easy to use and customized for specific customer requirements, but most users may be limited to the range of functions available immediately.

While the platform allows for customization within given parameters, there are still some areas where one need more control over.

    Having assumed the responsibility of our company's intranet a few months after its initial launch, I took advantage of one of the strategic advisors with great knowledge of Interact who pointed me in the right direction and helped me transform our system into one that now meets our objectives initials. The training provided has also been unsurpassed and, although it has been an extremely steep learning curve for me, I am now proud of what we have achieved and the commitment to our users has increased considerably.

For authors, editing process is so easy, empowering them to publish their own content live with confidence
