We have been using Freshservice for many years, we are starting to use the full ITSM and ITIL side of things with it but we are starting to really use the asset management side of Freshservice along with the contract management as well. Asset management is easy as our assets are azure joined which means the probe auto installs but also the app in the fresh service market means it imports them automatically into freshservice with the latest information etc. The Freshservice app is brilliant as eell makes it easier to scan the barcodes but also to input manual assets such as screens etc into Freshservice. I conducted an evaluation round with several companies, taking into consideration the features we need for our business. Since our requirements are quite specific, most of the solutions presented either did not have the necessary native functionalities or would have required complex workarounds to meet our needs. Some providers simply showcased their existing features without offering effective solutions to our challenges, while others proposed "solutions" that were not ideal or appropriate for our solution. On the other hand, the reps from Nomid MDM were exceptional. They truly understood our problems and the reasons behind each specific requirement. They provided ideal solutions, and for the features not yet available, they included them in the roadmap to ensure our needs would be met. Overall it works. When we first started using it the agent was terrible. But now they have UEMS agent that connects with Endpoint Central is nice.
