Overall, my experience has been positive. IT Glue has made a noticeable difference in how organized and accessible our documentation is across the team. Day-to-day support work is faster because engineers can usually find what they need without chasing tribal knowledge. That said, the quality of the experience is directly tied to how disciplined you are with documentation standards and ongoing maintenance. “Great for Importing Data and Integration, But Poor Table Handling”
I appreciate how much flexibility and automation is built in. It's easy to write step-by-step procedures with screenshots/photos and time estimates for each step. Guided setup provided by Kaseya was straightforward and complete. However, there are a few glitches in the interface that make creating clean, easy-to-read more difficult than in should be.

Password Vault and Asset Management Highlight IT Glue’s Core Strengths and Concerns
The main reason we decided to use IT Glue was for the password vault, which is fantastic, but now we are using most of the features, such as the document store and the ability to store asset information, which have been a great bonus.
