We are able to automatize and define rules for our documentation according to whats best fit us
The ease with which we were able to import our data from our previous apps, including both documents and passwords. It came over 95% intact, including the tables. Also appreciate its ongoing integration with other products in our technology stack
The user interface is very easy to use and fast to navigate. The granularity of the password vault makes it a great tool, limiting the passwords users can have access to, making separation of duties very easy
We may need to spend time to learn new features and has some reduced integrations
How poorly it handles tables of data. No coloring, and very little other customization. In many cases, I am now creating tables in other programs and importing the HTML into Glue.
IT Glue is an excellent product, but it is also one of the most expensive solutions on the market, and I can only see the price of this increasing in the future
