I have been using Shipsy's Vehicle Routing and Scheduling module for my team's daily delivery operations, and it has significantly improved our planning process . Previously, route planning and vehicle assignment used to take hours manually, nut now the auto routing feature optimizes trips wihtin minutes ased on delivery priority, vehicle capacity, and time windows. One thing I really like is the real time visiblity and dynamic rescheduling. If there's a delay or last minute change we can quickly adust routses without impacting the entire operation. Second strong point is how well the system handles operational contraints like driver shifts, vehicle type, geo zones and SLA. It has helped me manage complex transportation operations in a much more organized way. The only challenge I faced was during the initial setup and onboarding. Configuration of business rules and master data took more time than expected, especially for first time.
