Jira has been a relatively good tool for managing things like IT tickets within our company. Filling out forms for triage from other departments is also relatively straightforward and easy, especially with integrations like Slack. On the downside, it's difficult to access submitted tickets and to easily tag stakeholders for back and forth conversation.

The simple nature of filling out Jira tickets when our teams need assistance with things like People Operations or IT.
It offers me to manage my work such as tasks, stories, features and bugs which I really like. I can view my work in multiple views to see the progress in visualization form such as Kanban, scrum.
It can be very complex and overwhelming for new users. Also, the full version can be very expensive. Add-ons and integrations can add up quickly. User interface is also not the best
I find it particularly challenging to follow-up on Jira tickets. I feel like the notifications and overall interface could be greatly improved. It's challenging once a ticket has been submitted to try and tag the relevant stakeholders.
To work it requires to setup the workflow which I don't like also to setup workflow it needs a lot time and efforts also emails and in apps notification are overloaded.

Traditional reporting often comes too late to make necessary changes. By being proactive and embracing transparency with some AI support, teams can adapt and improve on their own. The key is to catch issues early and empower teams to make adjustments as needed.
AI plays a role in all team decisions, like a performance coach, and also helps out at the management level. It identifies risks and suggests improvements for senior executives.
