I have used Workfront for 6 years, and it has been an amazing tool for project management, insight, and our system of record. It is a broad tool, and I often tell people, "If there's one way to do something in Workfront, there's probably three more". The ability to allow users to custom-craft their own reports and develop their own bespoke environment has been invaluable.
