It has alot of information that we need for example to to best serve clients it is very well organised to it is easy to train other people on The product is always improved every few months which keeps it fresh
Seamless collaboration between team ,Easy interface ,Easy to assign task .
Jira allows us (teams) to effectively create, share and coordinate information across departments. Creation of unlimited communication channels is another great advantage of using Jira.
Changing it alot is a good thing however sometimes it can be a bit of a downgrade and run slower etc Sometimes the information can not have exactly everything we need which is not ideal when trying to help clients I feel like upgrades could be left often and more suitable when completed however the upgrades are also a positive soa fine line to walk
Small task make to a time to complete if we pass it from jira .Good system needed to run it smoothly .Customization is available and its easy to customise but it may lead to confusion
I am okay with Jira since I have acquired everything I yearn for on my end.
